We love the 4th of July and I'm looking forward to a long weekend with...

- chili dogs and potato salad

- rhubarb dessert

- putting my feet in the water, the gran-girlie's little pool to be exact

- throwing a few poppers with the kids

- a large fireworks display

- toasting Uncle Sam (after all he footed the hospital bill when I was born)
