Ruffled bloomers for little butts.
Aren't they sweet?

They're bloomers that are meant to be seen.
And I've been getting practice making ruffles
which sometimes manage to ruffle my feathers.

I have looked at these many times this afternoon and cannot get over how darn cute the bloomers are or how beautiful the other bloomers are.
