This is another delicious way to eat your vegetables...
Easy Stir Fry Sauce
2-3 Tb cornstarch
1/4 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c water
1 1/2 c vegetable, beef or chicken broth
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar with a lid, shake well.
Store in fridge.
Shake well before using.
To use sauce:
Stir fry your vegetables and meat as desired.
Add appropriate amount of sauce, bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
Serve.
