One of my favorite soups to make and eat at home is cream of vegetable.
Here on the gulf I add a little fish and Old Bay seasoning to make it a fish chowder.
Key Lime pie follows a fish meal perfectly.
The key limes down here are the real thing!
There is nothing easier to make than Key Lime pie. It doesn't require any fancy gadgets, although I wouldn't mind a small hand juicer. Just three ingredients plus a store bought graham cracker crust and Cool Whip makes this pretty simple to put together in my camper kitchen. I'll definitely be adding a recipe for it in my camper recipe book.
I wish I would have known this 40 years ago.
