The second thing I did after getting home was to sharpen up
my bread making skills with these hot cross buns.
I have never made hot cross buns.
I was a little hesitant about putting cinnamon, allspice, vanilla
and raisins in buns but they are delicious.
FYI: A hot cross bun is a spiced sweet bun usually made with fruit,
marked with a cross on the top and is traditionally eaten on Good Friday.
(Mr. b says they are good on Thursdays too.)
