I started embroidering this baby quilt

when daughter knit and pearl announced it looked

like it might be a boy.

 

 

Then she announced it may be a girl.

So I put it away until I knew

which direction to go infor colors.

The closer I got to finishing it

I told myself it could be for used for a boy or girl.

 

 

I used an Aunt Martha transfer pattern

with two extra squares to even out the sides and bottom.

I had to write my own pattern to adjust for the center panel.

I machine quilted it.

 

 

A cute little bunny watched as I photographed the quilt outdoors.
