I was in the mood for a small finishable project and to brush up on my cathedral window skills.
I have also been dreaming about the seashore.

This morning when I was done with our breakfast of biscuits and gravy I went out to my little sewing sweatshop and worked on a quilt using a fat square bundle named "Biscuits and Gravy."
So when I finished making banana bread a little later I decided to pull a bundle of fabrics and named them "Banana Bread." It was quite a dilemma because I also had eggs on to make "Deviled Eggs."
Have I mentioned I am easily amused?

I told you a few days ago I was going to make a drawstring bag
for Dakota Man's farm animals.
A bag of farm animals! I think I may want to be a little boy.
He's giving them away today so he'll get a review.

While it's still July and I am in a red, white and blue mood...
I dug out this quilt kit that I splurged on several years ago and started cutting it up. Have I told you a hoarder lives in my little sewing sweatshop?
Do you love the Mickey mug I bought myself last month in Florida.

Dakota Man cut me some rustic stars for my July decorating.
Dakota Man turned some toy tops for me.
The bowl and toy truck also came from his shop.
He's pretty handy to have around. Today he did laundry, hung our sheets on the clothesline, chopped vegetables for my salad and helped me clean the kitchen.
Be sure to read my book..."How To Train A Husband."

We all know what this week is all about.
You know when July rolls around I always have to dig out some red, white and blue scraps.
This may be the last three-inch quilt square I ever make.
Try to have a safe week...
