Brown Bread

I didn't get to make brown bread during Christmas...

There's never enough time for everything

 a person likes to cram into Christmas.

 

 

This is an old family recipe that's been around as long as I have.

Would you believe I didn't really care for it growing up.

Somewhere along the line my taste buds grew up

and I love it!

 

 

I didn't have enough of the dark raisins so I substituted with some golden raisins.

Is there a taste difference?
