peach-y

The last two weeks at our house has been like a peach festival.
 
 
Two crates of peaches means I get to eat as many peaches as I can.
 
 
I have never canned whole peaches.
I'll let you know this winter how they turned out.
 
 
All sealed and ready to put in my basement canning room.
I am feeling really domestic!
My kitchen is so small that canning in small amounts works perfect.
 
 
Peach cobbler with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Almost as good as the peach pie recipe I love.
 
 
I'm thinking about making peach salsa.

    Peaches are ready here in Michigan . . .
    A fresh peach on hand is almost as popular as chocolate!
